9/1/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and tells a story about gophers in the yard to illustrate the importance of inner environment.
8/25/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and uses symbols from the movie “Little Big Man” to share the idea that happiness and awakening come through detaching from form.
8/18/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today we looked at the greatest miracle of all miracles, the shift in identity from what is not true to what is Real.
8/11/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” We continued the discussion regarding sickness and dying as we continued to look at how all things can be used to cling to ego or let go of it.
7/21/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” We looked at typical events in life and how these events can be used to cling to ego or to let go of it.
7/14/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” In this discussion, we looked at the idea that we are each led home on an individual path that can only be known from within.
7/7/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Absolute truth is beyond form, and so at some point we each receive guidance to step beyond form into acceptance of formlessness. What might this guidance look like, and how may ego put up resistance against it?
6/30/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Nothing we can say is absoulte truth. Words and thoughts cut wholeness into fragments, and wholeness can not be known with fragments. Words can lead to fundamental misperceptions and they can be pointers to truth. How can we best use words to spark awakening?
6/24/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” In today’s discussion we learn a simple practice that will enable us to become more aware of our oneness. As we are more aware of our oneness, we are more easily guided by that awareness and we offer the gift of that awareness to everyone.
6/16/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth”. Today we discussed the difference between experiencing separation and communing with God as we seem to live in the world. We also learned the difference between tools that help us experience oneness and crutches that prevent us from experiencing oneness always.
6/9/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and shares a story of inspiration. This teaching is perfect for anyone who is feeling fear about an uncertain future.
5/26/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and “The Holy Spirit’s Interpretation of the New Testament” (NTI). In today’s discussion we see how our choice of being now is important to future manifestations and awakening. We also see how to choose a more helpful state of being when our mind is overcome with fear.
5/19/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and shares from her recent experiences at a 5-day silent retreat. Regina talks about the rewards of being present and shares a few ideas about how to bring stillness and presence into a busy everyday life.
4/28/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today’s discussion focuses on two topics: 1) The experience of consciousness being aware of stillness, 2) Looking at the belief which says there are distractions from stillness. Regina shares a message that she received from Spirit regarding this false belief.
4/21/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today’s discussion focuses on the teaching, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” We see how loving our brother and loving all things is the same as loving God.
4/14/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today’s discussion is about the belief “I am a body” and our need to move beyond that belief in order to awaken. We each have readiness to let go of this belief at our own pace, and we are not forced to abandon the belief prematurely, since that would be too frightening.
4/6/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” In this discussion we look at how true Greatness is realized and contrast it with the ego’s idea of greatness.
3/31/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth”. In today’s discussion we look at the experience of realizing Presence (Awareness, Blissful Stillness), and we discuss the responsibility we have once we’ve realized this experience through Grace.
3/17/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today we look at the spiritual path and how, once the spiritual path is started, we are destined to continue until awakening.
3/3/10 Regina shares news from Pueblo and reads from “Timeless in Time”, a biography of the life of Ramana Maharshi by A. R. Natarajan. Through this discussion we see how the path of guidance unfolds over time to care for all things … “Seek ye first the kingdom and all else will be added to you” …, and we see how attachment to body is to be let go, since the body is not the Self.
2/10/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” In today’s discussion we learn how to distinguish between the spiritual ego’s desire to do and Holy Spirit’s guidance into doing.
2/3/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today we looked at ways we emphasize form-identity, which blocks realization of truth.
1/27/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” Today’s discusson uses symbols like the tree of knowledge and a coal furnace to help us see the importance of stillness breaks.
1/20/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and “The Holy Spirit’s Interpretation of the New Testament” as she discusses the value of ‘no definition.’ Regina uses a current unfolding in Pueblo as the example of being willing to let unfolding happen without attachment or attempts to control for a desired end.
1/13/10 Regina shares the story of meeting Ken Wapnick. This story is a parable of grievances held and grievances let go. The decision to release a grievance can be easy when we decide that what we want is a “present love.”
1/6/10 Regina reads from Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth.” In today’s discussion, we see why teachers and spiritual teachings may seem to contradict themselves at times. We see that first teachers teach, and then they unteach in order to lead us to truth. We also see that willingness, not intellectual understanding, is the vehicle that leads to awakening.
