This is the title of a very deep message that Holy Spirit gave Regina and Laurent almost a year ago. In it, we learn that we constantly re-engage in the tiny mad idea, and judge it too. Everytime we imagine that a different now would make us happy, we actually choose to be unhappy. The undoing is to remember to laugh, of course.
