The story of my hand: What does it mean?
The other night, I burnt my hand. It was a pretty severe burn. I expected to be without the use of my hand for at least 2 weeks, but in less than 2 hours it was healed. This is the story of my hand, and what this “miracle” means to me.

Giving willingness to let go of the personality We know that the belief in the personality, the world and the thinking mind are obstacles to realizing truth, but we are very attached to all three. We believe the personality is who we are. We believe the world is where we are. And we believe thinking is our survival mechanism. This teaching helps us to loosen our grip on these false ideas by focusing on letting go of personality.

I place the future in the Hands of God Placing the future in the Hands of God involves letting go of judgments, unworthiness and fear, because when we hold to judgments, unworthiness and fear in the mind, we choose a future that teaches us that we are what we are not. In this session, Regina shares messages from Holy Spirit that are helping her to place the future in the Hands of God by helping her to let go of everything in the mind that is not a reflection of God.
