Week 70 Regina talks about a time of conflict with her daughter, Jasmine, and she shares how she asked Holy Spirit for help and the answer that was given. Regina also shares questions from a friend who did not understand the symbols used in A Course in Miracles.

Week 69 In this teaching, Regina shares how Holy Spirit led her to listen to Him in all relationships. She also shares how Holy Spirit taught her to accept the atonement for herself through “the middle way”, and she shares the five wants that Holy Spirit gave her to focus on.

Week 66 Regina reads three messages given to her by Holy Spirit. The first helps us get back on purpose after we have forgotten our purpose for a time. The second message is a meditation to help us trust Holy Spirit in all things. The third message describes God’s “infinite patience.”

12/6/09 Holy Spirit Guides, The reality of relationships
Week 65 Holy Spirit teaches the reality of relationships in order to help Regina recognize that conflict isn’t true, which teaches her how to make a different choice in the midst of seeming conflict.

11/29/09 Holy Spirit Guides, Step away from reliance on self
Week 64 Regina reads the message that Holy Spirit gave her after she was guided to start the Foundation for the Holy Spirit. The message is helpful to everyone; it teaches a 3-step process for forgiveness.

11/22/09 Holy Spirit Guides, The level of decision
Week 63 Through this message from Holy Spirit we learn that the ego (individual self) cannot make the decision to awaken, but the individual self (ego) can allow that decision to be made by choosing to surrender its own thinking. We also read a message from Holy Spirit to a man with cancer. The request made of this man is a request we can all say yes to, regardless of what our daily experience is.

11/8/09 Holy Spirit Guides, The authority problem
Week 62 Regina talks about a time when she felt certain that either she or another was wrong/guilty. She went to Holy Spirit to find which one was right and which one was wrong and learned that both are innocent because the “authority problem” is an illusion.

11/1/09 Holy Spirit Guides, Spontaneous discussion
Week 61 Regina is prompted by a question and allows a spontaneous flow to come through. (Actually as I sit here typing this now, I don’t remember what came through me. To find out, you’ll have to listen. ~smile~ Love, Regina)

Week 59 In this discussion, we learn that we can let go of ego and shift into listening to Spirit more easily if we see ego as meaningless (verses seeing it as bad).

Week 58 In this discussion, we learn that when ego is loud in our mind, it is best to do nothing but focus on letting go of ego. When we are at peace, we can do whatever the flow guides us to do.

Week 57 Through this discussion we see that “level confusion” is really the result of identifying with a false self.

7/1/09, Holy Spirit Guides, The Thoughts of God
Week 56 Through this discussion, we see that “Thoughts of God” are not word-based thinking-mind thoughts, and we listen as Holy Spirit points to what Thoughts of God are. We also see that protecting individual will (“my way”) makes the experience of unhappiness.

6/17/09, Holy Spirit Guides, Letting go of doubt & meaningless world
Week 55 Regina shares two messages. The first message helped her let go of a “crippling fear”, the fear that the truth is not true. The second message is helpful in letting go of crippling delusion, the belief that the world of differences is real.

5/20/09, Holy Spirit Guides, The levels of consciousness
Week 54 Regina shares a message that teaches about the levels of consciousness as mentioned in A Course in Miracles UrText. This message shares clarity regarding individual soul, reincarnation, and dreamer of the dream. Week 53 In this teaching, Regina shares some of the messages Holy Spirit shared with her to help move her from believing in the experience of separation to the recognition that appearances aren’t truth.

Week 52 Holy Spirit helps us with conflict by helping us see our error and helping us to let go of error.

Week 51 A Course in Miracles says, “I am not a body.” So, what about the body? This teaching answers common questions and addresses common confusions about the body, including showing us how the body can be used to help in the healing process.

Week 50 Regina shares how Holy Spirit helped her see that she was clinging to the belief in lack and need. Seeing this is the first step in letting it go.

Week 48 Salvation is accepting truth as it is. However, acceptance isn’t always easy. Resistance blocks acceptance. Regina shares messages that teach us how to respond to resistance when acceptance is our true desire.

1/28/09, Holy Spirit Guides, Looking at demands & control
Week 47 Regina looks at messages from Holy Spirit about demands, control and judgment. We see that we get demanding when we feel we need things a certain way in order to be happy, yet it is the belief in this idea itself that makes us unhappy. We also learn how to get out of the way and allow the miracle of a less judgmental mind.

Week 46 Regina rereads messages from November 2005 emphasizing different points within those messages. Through this discussion, we see that focusing on true desire is helpful to awakening. We also learn simple steps for letting go of ego.

Week 45 Regina shares two messages from Holy Spirit, which help us see that forgiveness is not believing thoughts that are not true.

12/3/08, Holy Spirit Guides, The world is not real
Week 44 Regina shares a series of messages through which Holy Spirit taught her that the world is not real and there is nothing to fear. She also learned that fear creates the perception of a fearful world.

11/19/08, Holy Spirit Guides, Seeing my brother the same as me
Week 43 Regina shares three messages from Holy Spirit. The third message is a conversation she had with Spirit after getting very upset when a teacher of A Course in Miracles was dishonest during a teaching. This is a very helpful discussion for anyone who has ever believed that his/her brother has done something he/she would never do.

11/5/08, Holy Spirit Guides, Fear and grievances
Week 42 In this teaching, we learn how to let go of grievances that may not, at first, be so easy to let go of. This teaching also teaches that (1) the only purpose of fear is insanity, and (2) our belief in unworthiness can block guidance.

Week 41. This is a powerful, yet simple teaching that emphasizes the importance of trust and points directly at the only reality.

9/10/08, Holy Spirit Guides, We are One & Existence Itself.
Week 40. Laurent joins Regina as she shares two epiphanies. First, Regina shares how she came to realize that we are one. Second, Regina shares how she came to see that we are innocent through accepting that we are existence itself.

8/27/08, Holy Spirit Guides, We are never alone
Week 39 Regina and Laurent share a beautiful message from Holy Spirit on suicide. This message, as well as two others dicussed in this teaching, help us to see that we are never alone, we are love and we are always embraced by Love.

Week 38 Regina shares messages that Holy Spirit gave her in order to initiate an important shift in the mind. When this shift is complete, peace is complete also.

Week 37 Regina shares messages that Holy Spirit gave her as the beginning of her education in divine spiritual laws. This teaching also includes a practical discussion of responsibility.

Week 36 Regina & Laurent share two messages from Holy Spirit. The first message helps us to increase our willingness to let go of judgment. The second message asks us to be happy. This is a fun and uplifting discussion.

Week 35 Regina shares two important messages. The first teaches that to wholly forgive one brother is to forgive the world. The second message helps us see how we hold onto attack thoughts without realizing it.

Week 34 Regina laughs at her own fear as she shares a message that teaches trust and surrender as a means of learning that God is Love.

5/7/08, Holy Spirit Guides, I am not the hate or guilt that I feel
Week 33 Sometimes we have trouble recognizing our own innocence, because we believe the hateful thoughts that seem to fill our mind. Regina shares how we can transcend those hateful thoughts, which are not us, and discover the Love that we are.

3/12/08, Holy Spirit Guides, Roles and my brother’s sin
Week 32 Regina talks about some of her early confusion and shares messages that Holy Spirit gave her to help her transcend confusion. This teaching includes a discussion of roles and how letting go of roles is helpful to awakening. It also includes a discussion of ‘the original sin.’

Week 31 Regina shares messages from July 2005, which she calls “fear reducers” because they helped her let go of intense fear that she was experiencing at the time. Since Regina was also seeing a brother as guilty, some of the messages could also be called “judgment reducers.” ~wink & smile~

Week 30 Regina shares how Holy Spirit helped her to let go of idols including idols she’d selected to help ensure her financial security, spiritual idols, and defense mechanisms (such as hatred as an idol).

Week 29 Regina shares messages that Holy Spirit gave her during a time when she seemed to see hate in everything she thought and did. These messages point away from illusion and in the direction of truth. They are helpful stepping stones that lead to seeing ourselves differently.

1/16/08, Holy Spirit Guides, Holy Spirit answers metaphysical questions Week 28. In this teaching, Regina shares answers that Holy Spirit gave her to metaphysical questions such as “How was the world created?” and “What is the Holy Spirit?”. Both Jasmine & Laurent join Regina in this teaching.

1/2/08, Holy Spirit Guides, Moving into trust
Week 27. Regina shares the story of her move from Massachusetts to North Carolina. This story is symbolic of the move from a life of being in control to one of trust in the Holy Spirit.

12/19/07, Holy Spirit Guides, Rest and Trust
Week 26. In June of 2005, Regina had a lot of concerns about moving from Boston to North Carolina. Holy Spirit taught her to let go of concerns, let go of attempts at control, rest and trust in Him. The guidance in this recording is excellent for anyone who wants to learn to let go of worries and control.

Week 25. First 35 minutes. Second 35 minutes. Regina goes to the Holy Spirit with some interesting questions, including questions about the crucifixion and evil spirits. Holy Spirit’s answers are clear and point in one consistent direction. The false is false. Only the truth is true. Seek within for the answer.

Week 24. Regina discusses two main themes as she shares messages Holy Spirit gave her in mid-June 2005: I am the teacher of myself, and I am that which I see in my brother. Learn how these two ideas are are helpful in awakening to Self.

7/10/07, Holy Spirit Guides, A lesson in Love. Week 13. Holy Spirit guides today’s teaching as Regina’s “plans” for what to teach are scrapped and another topic emerges. This is a perfect discussion that answers questions like, “What is love?”, “How can I experience love?” and “What is beyond this illusion of time and space?”

6/26/07. Holy Spirit Guides, Love and relationships. Week 12. Regina shares a personal story to demonstrate how we let go of specialness in our personal relationships so those same relationships, as holy relationships, can be used in Love by Holy Spirit.

6/5/07. Holy Spirit Guides, The power of decision is mine. Week 11. Regina discusses stories learned from others, which demonstrate that decision is the key to experiencing only Love. What she learned through stories is confirmed as she shares messages given to her by the Holy Spirit in April 2005.

5/29/07. Holy Spirit Guides, Choosing from two scripts. Week 10. The Holy Spirit helped Regina relinquish the belief in independent personhood by helping her see her thoughts as a script. She realized she is not independent, but she can create experience by choosing which script she will accept. There are only two scripts to choose from. The ego’s script invites the false experience of separation. The Holy Spirit’s script points the mind toward remembrance of our truth.

5/22/07. Holy Spirit Guides, What about sex?. Week 9. Regina was asked to comment on a section from the ACIM UrText in which Jesus discusses sex. This is a great teaching to listen to if you have questions about sex and the spiritual path.

5/15/07. Holy Spirit Guides, Walking through fear. Week 8. Regina discusses experiences she had in spring of 2005 and experiences she is having now as she shares the Holy Spirit’s Wisdom about walking through fear.

5/8/07. Holy Spirit Guides, Giving a little willingness. Week 7. Regina shares some conversations she had with Holy Spirit in March 2005 that were tough for her, because her willingness to accept these messages was not yet fully blossomed. However there was a little willingness, at least enough to hear the messages. That little willingness was a stepping stone, which led to greater willingness and eventual acceptance of these messages.
