11-20-08 After quite some time, Laurent has another session with Holy Spirit. Only this time it turned out to be a different type of session: Holy Spirit takes Laurent by the hand and let him answer his own questions, listening to the Voice of his own Holy Spirit. It’s a wonderful experience that takes us step by step to the experience of hearing and speaking the stream of Pure Thought that abides within us.

8-28-08 An in-depth “part 2″ of the same recording. Holy Spirit truly takes our hands and leads us to see, to observe the foundational thoughts and ideas… judgments… that keep us “stuck” in the experience of separation. The need to take a step and letting go of these judgments is stressed here, and, one at a time, always with our willingness, erase the lines that we have been drawing around things and people.

8-24-08 Regina joins Laurent and together they introduce this last conversation with Spirit about the need to watch and be aware of the various judgments that are going on almost without ceasing and that are the root of all illusion. This is a key teaching.

6-12-08 Second part of that same conversation. The experience of fear is widely discussed. And again, the top importance to watch carefuly what is it we are believing, by being aware of our creative thoughts that seem to come and go “so fast”, and that do not seem that important. We must remember who we are, and realize that we make the rules, all the rules in our mind, including the rules that rule the experiences of fear and suffering.

6-05-08 First part of this new conversation. Spirit insists on the importance of seeing what we are actually doing (within our mind); what are we believing? what are we choosing? Spirit adresses the hidden fear of the downward spiral that must be seen clearly, for when we are afraid of it, we obviously believe it, and, without being aware of it, we create that situation over and over again.

6-01-08 In this session Laurent plays the whole new conversation he just had with the Holy Spirit. This in-depth coaching takes us from awareness-understanding -or the importance of just seeing- to communication and how HS operates; then, after realizing that Now is all that truly matters, we are reminded to be very attentive to our beliefs and not to make our thoughts important. This long and great conversation will be taught and presented slowly in the sessions to come.

5-31-08 Holy Spirit closes this conversation with:”I want you to fall in love with your true desire, and you fall in love with Yourself”. Through awareness we are led to face those choices that “got us there”, and through desire we choose again.

5-29-08 Being aware of our beliefs, surfacy or core, is becoming crucial because they mold our experiences. Holy Spirit gives us clarity on the process of letting go of certain beliefs, through realizing that they are 1-nothing, “wisps of air”, and 2-not helpful to our awakening, not aligned with our true desire.

5-25-08 In this hour, Holy Spirit becomes more and more clear about the importance of nurturing our true desire, and remembering our purpose, which is to let go of falseness. Realizing that we still hold on quite tightly to our experiences opens our eyes to the reasons why we dont seem to hear Guidance.

5-24-08 “How do I stop believing in my beliefs in guilt and disappointment? -By choosing to do so”. This is the answer of Holy Spirit. This session is actually a wonderful discussion on desire and choice. It is very eye-opening to realize how much we don’t want to be well in order to choose to be well.

5-22-08 “Our True Purpose” is the main topic of this conversation with Spirit. HS tells us that He gives us the greatest gift we could have in our experience of the world, and that is to remember our true purpose. A very inspiring in-depht dialogue.

5-18-08 Watching our thinking mind, with its need to understand more and more, its need to study, to learn… can truly be just a survival tactic of the ego, the “spiritualized” ego of course. Holy Spirit helps us see more clearly how we are not truly aligned with our true desire, in order to start making some important choices, to practice.

5-17-08 Laurent shares a conversation he had with Spirit regarding progress. Holy Spirit shares his vision of us, perfect and whole, and with no need for progress. Then, the conversation takes us to true desire, and then to realizing that the need to understand is a “delay tactic” of the ego.

5-03-08 The fourth part of that powerful teaching on Desire. The conclusion Holy Spirit wants us to stay with is that desire is cause and all the rest is effect, including thoughts. With that realization, and remembering what we really want, we can choose again more easily and thus change our experience.

5-01-08 A look at our decisions to suffer, through believing the beliefs that we have decided to hold on to. Remembering that we are the ones who make all the rules is very helpful in order to disidentify from the victim of our own mind… so that choosing trust and surrendering to the present moment is the obvious choice left.
