Regina Dawn Akers

Between spring and fall 2008, Laurent had several conversations with Holy Spirit through Regina. Regina allowed these conversations by putting her thinking/judging mind aside and letting Holy Spirit come through her a word or phrase at a time. Sometimes, this activity is seen as “channeling.” However, Regina never felt that she was channeling another as much as she felt she was becoming one with Spirit through her choice to put the thinking/judging mind aside.

Regina began every one of these conversations by praying this silent prayer:

Holy Spirit, I put myself aside. I put aside all of my thoughts and all of my thinking, that only your clarity and wisdom may come through. I want nothing but your words. Amen.
